4) Carrier
Services List - schedule of all the steamship line
services that call on the Port of Philadelphia, including
foreign ports of call, agents, sailing frequency, and type
of ship. (this information is also available on this

5) Pennsylvania
Export Initiative - an incentive program for Pennsylvania
manufacturers to use the Port of Philadelphia. This program
is easy to use, and the check goes directly to the manufacturer. Applicable
for shippers using the PUBLIC marine terminals in
Pennsylvania only. Available to EXPORTERS of Pennsylvania
goods only.
6) Intermodal
Incentive Program - an incentive for steamship lines
to move rail intermodal containers via the Port of Philadelphia. Available
only to steamship lines calling on the Port of
Philadelphia. The Port of Philadelphia is served by three
Class 1 Railroads: CP Rail, CSX, and Norfolk Southern.
7) Overweight
Container Programs:
special
permits for heavy international ocean containers. This
program allows up to 90,000 lbs . gross vehicle weight. Limits

program allows up to 107,500 lbs . gross vehicle weight. Limits

Economic Incentive Programs - a summary of several different
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania economic development initiatives. We
want to help retailers, steamship lines, manufacturers, and
shippers use the Port of Philadelphia and expand in Pennsylvania. Our
goal is to link PA business to the Port of Philadelphia, and
these programs can help.
